Music Classes for Families

Music Classes for Early Years Children & Families

hey dee ho offers music classes for families designed for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers, where families and children can connect and share the joy of music. Our program combines singing, dancing, role play, and the use of instruments to create an engaging and interactive learning environment. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to participate, making each session engaging, educational and most importantly fun!

The classes support various aspects of early childhood development, including language, emotional expression, and social skills. Children are introduced to musical concepts like rhythm, pitch, and dynamics, laying the foundation for future learning and boosting brain development. We use a mix of music styles, from classical to contemporary songs, nursery rhymes, and calming ballads.

Each term, a new  focus is introduced to keep children engaged while reinforcing musical skills. These themes include Auslan Sign Language, multicultural languages, Sol Fa (Kodály) singing methodology, and spatial awareness.
